Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
In order to secure the reservation a deposit of 1/2 the amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. The balance will be charged to your credit card within seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. Additional incidental charges will be charged.
If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit(s) less a $50 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of the stay is charged, one night's rate is retained as a cancellation fee and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability.
Credits are valid for 13 months
